Your Goalkeeper will work with you to:
1 - Dream it.
When was the last time you stopped to really ponder what you want to achieve most with your company? A big cheque? Work/life balance? Reliable income?
2 - Identify the hurdles.
What is getting in the way of making your company’s goals a reality? Sales? Service delivery? Recruitment? People management? Data? Cash? Time? Technology usage?
3 - Plan it.
If you had the most expert, efficient and engaged intern (i.e. a clone of you) sat next to you, what what you get them to do to break down the company’s hurdles? What is the action plan?
4 - Deliver it.
We use technology, process excellence and good old-fashioned boots on the ground and bums on seats to get the agreed actions completed for you or with you and provide regular reporting to ensure everyone is aligned.
5 - Enjoy it.
As the hurdles get broken down, take some time to reflect on your progress and enjoy the sense of freedom. Did it make you feel like you imagined it would?
6 - Repeat it.
