We understand that in order to provide you with coaching and financial guidance that is best suited to your needs, you’ll need to provide us with very personal data that you may have never shared with anyone else. Therefore, we have a very important responsibility to protect the data you share with us and ensure that your privacy is maintained. This document is intended to help you understand what information we collect, how we use it and how you can control that information.
Where we refer to “Goalkeep”, “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Goalkeep Limited.

How we use information that we collect
To store and process the information that we collect about you, we are required to have a legal basis for doing do. Below is a summary of the ways that your personal information might be processed, and our justification for doing so.

How we share information that we collect
We will never share, trade or sell your information to any third party except when it is directly involved in the provision of the Goalkeep Services you have requested, or where you have given us explicit permission in advance.
Sharing anonymized or aggregated data
We will from time to time share data with partners, other third parties and/or publicly which shows how the Goalkeep service is used and any feedback we have received about Goalkeep. All personal information used for this purpose will either be anonymized and/or used in aggregate such that no individual person will be identifiable.
How we store and secure information that we collect
Security of your personal information
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data whilst it is being transmitted to or from our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
Personal data will be held by Goalkeep using appropriate safeguards to maintain its privacy and security. For example, we use https on the goalkeep.co.uk website, ensuring that data entered cannot be be viewed by a third party. Goalkeep data is hosted on G Suite, a highly scalable cloud computing platform with end-to-end security and privacy features built in. How long we keep information
The length of time that we store information we have collected about you depends on the type of information and what it was collected for.
All other information will be retained for as long as required for the uses outlined above. When your information is no longer needed, we will either delete or anonymize your information.
Your Rights
Under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the following rights:
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you; we will provide this free of charge.
You can inform us of any changes to your personal information, or if you want us to correct any of the personal information we hold about you.
In certain situations, you can ask us to erase the personal information we hold about you, or object to particular ways in which we are using your personal information. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, to complete any transactions that you began prior to your request, or for other purposes as required or permitted by applicable law.
Where we are using your personal information on the basis of your consent, you are entitled to withdraw that consent at any time.

For security reasons we may ask for proof of your identity before we disclose information about you, or to you, via email or over the telephone.
